In our training process, we make sure our each team member get acknowledged with the basic qualities of security guard. Our main concern in training process is on professionalism, reliability and problem solving techniques. Each member should have ability to be patient as they have to work sometimes in a team. Punctuality and responsibility should be taken serious while training our team members. Training on these qualities are our main focus.
Apart from guards personal training, training for safety and security is major concern in our training process. Guards should be able to provide first aid, if it would be the requirement of situation. Apart from this, we train our guards in problem solving ability. As guard or team should be able to provide maximum solutions in any hazardous situation. So, that our client should not have to face any consequences.
